Colin Smith

Colin Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Colin began their career in 2006 as an Estimator at Smith Custom Masonry, Inc., where they worked until 2015. During this time, they gained valuable experience in estimating projects. In 2007, they also worked as a Sports Referee at the YMCA for a brief period.

In 2015, Colin joined Toast Ballard as a Cafe Worker and later worked as a Food Courier at Seoul Kitchen for a short period.

Colin's most recent and prominent role was at Freedom Boat Club, where they held various positions. Colin started in 2017 as a Dockmaster and later became a Fleet Manager. In 2017, they also took on the role of Operations/Regional/Club/Dock Manager, where they demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.

Colin's career at Freedom Boat Club reached its peak when they became the Chief Operating Officer in 2021. In this role, they focused on optimizing the company's operations, developing and documenting standard operating procedures, collaborating with the Leadership Team, integrating technology, and prioritizing profitability and efficiency. Colin also served on the FBC Network's Franchise Tech Council and worked closely with the reservation system product team, contributing significantly to design and development.
