Jaclyn Wombacker

Jaclyn Wombacker has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, primarily in roles related to human resources and guest services. Jaclyn started their career as a Recreation Coordinator at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in 2010. Jaclyn then worked at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, where they held positions such as FUN Ambassador, Front Desk Agent, FUN Supervisor, and Front Desk Supervisor from 2011 to 2014. Jaclyn then joined The Westin Cleveland Downtown as the Front Desk Manager and later became the Guest Experience Manager from 2014 to 2015. Jaclyn continued their career at The Westin Convention Center, Pittsburgh, working as the Front Office Manager from 2015 to 2016. Jaclyn then transitioned to The Grand Resort (formerly The Avalon Inn and Resort) as the Assistant Hotel General Manager from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they became the Activities Director at Avalon Golf & Country Club. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the HR Partner/Operations Manager at Hyatt Coconut Plantation Resort. In 2021, they joined Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina as the Human Resources Manager until 2021. Most recently, they worked at Paychex as an HR Business Partner from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they work at Freedom Boat Club as an HR Generalist.

Jaclyn Wombacker began their education at Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Shenango in 2007. However, no degree or field of study information was provided for this period. Jaclyn then transferred to Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Resort Hospitality Management/Tourism in 2011.
