Louis Primmer

Lou has extensive experience in the service industry stemming from a firm foundation of management, customer service, sales and marketing together with hands-on electro-mechanical/PCB design early in his career. Lou founded, co-founded, and managed several successful design and manufacturing businesses in North America and offshore over the past 30 years. A partner, co-founder and Vice President at Alternate Circuit Design Technologies in 1985, Principal owner and Director of Mosher Design Services in 1995, and Co-founder and Director of e2E Corporation in 2000. Co-founder and Chairman of Freedom CAD in 2003 to present. Co-founded, Freedom CAD Services Ethiopia LLC, Chairman, Board of Directors. Ten years plus of International experience negotiating and partnering with Ethiopia, Mexico, China and India.

Lou’s responsibilities are executive and strategic planning, financial stability and business development. Lou is an entrepreneur, recognizing and negotiating opportunities in the service businesses.
