Matthew Emrich

Matthew Emrich began their work experience in 2007 as a Targeting Analyst for the United States Central Command. Matthew then served as a Targeting Supervisor/All-Source Analyst on the USS Ronald Reagan from 2009 to 2012. Matthew transitioned to Leidos in 2012, where they worked as a Senior Geospatial Intelligence Analyst. In 2014, they joined OGSystems as a Senior Geospatial Intelligence Technician, and then joined Zel Technologies in 2016 as an Intelligence Dissemination Analyst. Matthew's most recent position is with Freedom Consulting Group, LLC., where they hold the role of Geospatial Engineer starting in 2017.

Matthew Emrich completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Liberal Studies from the University of Oklahoma between the years 2010 and 2013. Matthew then pursued a Master's of Professional Studies (MPS) in Homeland Security-Geospatial Intelligence at Penn State University from 2013 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew Emrich obtained several certifications. Matthew earned a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Matthew also achieved a Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from the same institution in July 2020. Matthew is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certified by the Scrum Alliance since September 2022. Furthermore, they hold a Security+ certification from CompTIA since September 2018, and a Certified GEOINT Professional - Essentials certification from the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) since September 2020.
