Abhinav Gaurav

Abhinav Gaurav, SPC, PSM II, ITIL, PMP, currently serves as a Student Mentor at Freedom Employability Academy since February 2023, focusing on mentoring students to develop ethical mindsets and employability skills. With extensive experience in the Healthcare, Pharma, and Diagnostics sectors since 2016, Abhinav specializes as a Principal/Manager and SAFe/Agile Coach, overseeing digital transformation initiatives, training in SAFe methodologies, and managing compliance and quality. Abhinav has a diverse background that includes roles as a Moderator at Scindia IT Professionals, Consultant positions at UBS and Novartis, and managerial roles at Synechron, Atos, and DXC Technology. Abhinav holds a Master's degree in Digital Project Management and an MBA from the School of Management Studies, along with a BE in EEE from Bangalore University and multiple certifications including Lean Six Sigma and CSM from Scrum Alliance.
