Diana Baumann

Diana Baumann is a seasoned consultant currently engaged with Animal Care Training Services and Leadership Sculptor GmbH since August and July 2023, respectively, while also serving as a Student Mentor at Freedom Employability Academy since June 2020. Diana holds the position of Facility Accreditation Oversight - Ad Hoc Specialist at AAALAC International since September 2017, focusing on evaluating research facilities that use animals to ensure compliance with regulations and high standards of animal care. Previously, Diana served as the Head of a Scientific Core Facility at Stowers Institute for Medical Research from June 2003 to June 2023, overseeing a team of over 30 staff and supporting basic biomedical research initiatives. Education was obtained from Durham University and the University of Bristol.
