Josh Rice has extensive experience in operations support within the financial services sector, having served at Freedom Federal Credit Union since May 2012 in various roles, culminating in the position of Operations Support Manager. Throughout this tenure, Josh has collaborated with department managers to enhance processes and efficiency while overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance and timely service delivery. Previous experience includes positions at APGFCU, where member assistance and loan processing were prioritized, and an audit internship at Harford County Public Schools, which involved aiding in financial audits. Currently, Josh is pursuing a degree in Human Resources - Business Management at Harford Community College, building upon a foundational high school education in business.
