Charles Beck

Charles Beck has extensive experience in the field of human resources and total rewards. Charles started their career at Humana as a Compensation Manager in 2004, before moving on to ADP - SHPS in 2006 as a VP of Total Rewards and HR Systems. In 2009, they joined Huntington National Bank as the Senior Vice President and Head of Total Rewards, where they stayed until 2016. From 2017 to 2019, Charles worked at Advisor Group as the VP of Total Rewards, Systems & Analytics. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Systems at Freedom Financial Network.

Charles Beck obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Labor Relations from Marquette University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Wisconsin. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as a 6-Sigma: Black Belt in June 2005 and a Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work in April 2001.
