Dave Prosser started their career at Fifth Third Bank in 1989 as a Banking Center Manager. Dave then worked at First Virginia Bank as a Branch Manager from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2004, they served as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Salem Financial. In 2004, Dave joined Freedom First Credit Union as the VP of Lending before being promoted to SVP of Community Development, a position they held until 2016. In 2016, they became the Executive Director at Freedom First Enterprises. Throughout their career, Dave has been involved in various community development initiatives, including affordable housing, transportation programs, and grants and funding management. Dave has also been responsible for workforce development, non-profit and target neighborhood lending, and micro lending finance.
Dave Prosser attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they obtained a BS degree in Business. Dave then pursued further education at Averett University from 2001 to 2003, earning an MBA degree in MBA - Business.
