Scott Leffel is a seasoned commercial lending professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Commercial Relationship Executive at Freedom First Credit Union since October 2016, Scott focuses on expanding the field of membership in commercial lending across key Virginia areas, including Roanoke and Lynchburg. Prior to this role, Scott held several positions at BNC Bank, where responsibilities included managing commercial relationships during the merger with Valley Bank. Scott's career began at Valley Bank, achieving multiple promotions and receiving the Excellence Award consistently from 2010 to 2014 for outstanding performance in commercial banking. Earlier experience includes project management consulting in the financial services sector and serving as a financial advisor within a high-producing team. Scott holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
