Shelby Byus

Shelby Byus is a Human Resources Generalist and New Employee Onboarding Specialist at Freedom First Credit Union since February 2022. Prior to this role, Shelby worked as a Sourcer at Aerotek, where responsibilities included generating candidates through various sourcing methods and managing the candidate G2 process. Earlier experience includes positions such as Pool Attendant at Blakeney Raquet & Swim Club, Research Intern at T.O.S.S. focusing on a Community Needs Assessment, and Social Media Manager for Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps. Shelby also served as an After School Counselor at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Liberty University, completed in December 2021.
