Brian Minnich has a diverse work experience with various roles in government affairs and legislative management. Brian worked as the Executive Vice President at the Freedom Foundation from 2014 to the present. Prior to that, they co-founded Allied Communication Strategies in 2011, where they developed and implemented campaign strategies for political and business clients. From 1991 to 2010, they served as the Director of Legislative Affairs at the Building Industry Association of Washington, successfully implementing the association's legislative program. In 1999 and 2000, they were elected as the President of the Washington Construction Industry Council, where they presided over strategy sessions to advance the construction industry's legislative agenda. Brian began their career in 1986 as a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell, where they advised on various issues and represented the senator before constituent groups.
Brian Minnich attended Winchester Community High School, although the specific years of attendance are unknown. After high school, they enrolled at Taylor University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Political Science. Brian completed their undergraduate education at Taylor University from 1981 to 1985.
