Ben Biollo

Ben Biollo has a diverse work experience in the field of operations management and project management. Ben has worked in various roles in different companies, including Freedom, Kier Group, McNicholas, Network Rail, Network Rail (Consultant), Mott MacDonald, and AECOM. In their roles, they have overseen significant portfolios of multi-discipline projects in the rail and utilities sector, focusing on areas such as Electrification & Plant (E&P), Signalling, Telecoms, Civils, SCADA, and Power Engineering. Ben has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams of around 50 people and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Ben is adept at project delivery, from strategy planning to detailed design and construction, while also emphasizing contract and commercial management. Additionally, Ben has experience in managing projects related to traffic engineering, highways, utilities, and masterplanning.

From 2004 to 2008, Ben Biollo attended the University of Birmingham, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Mechanical & Automotive Engineering.
