Bob Kempf

Bob Kempf is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience across various roles in the construction and distribution sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Freedom Materials since June 2020, Bob is focused on strategic partnerships within the I95 corridor. Previous experience includes a role as Management Consultant at BKEMPF Consulting, where Bob conducted comprehensive market analyses for a wholesale distributor. As Director of Marketing for Foundation Building Materials in Philadelphia, Bob successfully developed branding and sales strategies for a sizable team. Bob also held the position of President at George F. Kempf Supply Company, serving 300 clients and executing a comprehensive business plan. Additional leadership roles at Elite Distributors Insurance Company and The Drake Group, LLC, involved collaboration with board members and oversight of significant marketing and operational efforts. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
