Ramez Gendy

Ramez Gendy is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in wireless network operations and service management. Currently serving as Wireless OSS Manager at Freedom Mobile since March 2012, Ramez has successfully led the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure for VAS and OSS platforms, resulting in a 20% cost reduction and increased system availability. Previously held roles include OSS Senior Supervisor at Freedom Mobile, Information Technology and Communication Manager at ENPC, and various positions at Vodafone, where significant contributions were made towards system migrations and infrastructure management. Ramez holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, an MSc in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University, and a BSc in Telecommunications and Electronics from Ain Shams University.
