Donna Marino

Donna Marino is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in strategic human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of HR Operations at Freedom Mortgage since September 2016, Donna has also held roles such as Assistant Vice President - HR Business Partner and Vice President of HR Operations within the same organization. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at St. Mary Medical Center, MEDQUIST INC, and Virtua Health, where Donna managed complex HR functions for large, multi-divisional organizations. Additionally, Donna contributed as a volunteer and mentor with Career Transition Partnership, supporting individuals in career transitions. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Thomas Edison State University.
