Rachel Cervantes

Rachel Cervantes, M.B.A., currently serves as a Program Manager in Loan Servicing at Freedom Mortgage, starting in January 2024, after a decade-long tenure at PENNYMAC, where roles included Sr. Project Manager and Business Analyst III. Earlier experience includes various positions at Bank of America from 2007 to 2013, such as REO Asset Manager and Mortgage Servicing Specialist II, as well as positions at Countrywide Home Loans. Rachel holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a B.S. in Business with a focus on Marketing from California State University, Northridge.
