Tania Gerena-Perez

Tania Gerena-Perez is a seasoned professional in the mortgage and legal sectors, currently serving as the Loss Mitigation Director at Freedom Mortgage since July 2019, with progressive roles including Loss Mitigation Manager and Foreclosure Manager. Prior to this position, Tania held the role of Litigation/Client Development Associate at RAS Crane and worked as Operations Manager at LOGS Network, where departmental procedures were modified and training conducted. Tania also served as First Legal Supervisor at Robertson, Anschutz & Schneid, P.L., managing multiple departments and enhancing workflows. Earlier experience includes being Florida & TCS Foreclosure Manager at Nationstar Mortgage, overseeing a substantial loan portfolio, and roles at Aurora Bank FSB and the Department of Homeland Security Finance Center. Tania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
