Jesus Esparza

Jesus Esparza is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in fostering positive employee relations and facilitating training and development initiatives. Currently serving in a human resources role at Freedom Service Dogs of America since June 2023, Jesus focuses on the design and communication of HR policies and programs. Prior to this, Jesus held multiple leadership positions at Target from March 2021 to July 2023, including Executive Team Lead in Human Resources, specializing in sales and team leadership. Additionally, Jesus has experience as a Department Manager/Trainer at H&M and as a Core Sales Supervisor and Samsung Experience Expert at Best Buy. Jesus holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma and a high school diploma from Putnam City High School.
