Ryan Ferrero

Ryan Ferrero has extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as the National Director for Auto Industry Electrification at Freedom Solar, LLC since January 2017, Ryan leads the top auto industry solar project in the United States. As CEO and President of Ferrero Holdings since June 1998, Ryan has shaped various business ventures. Additionally, Ryan served as Chairman at Ignyte Partners, promoting the growth of emerging companies from August 2012 to February 2024. Ryan has also established Concordia Logic at the University of Colorado Boulder, focusing on sustainable technology adoption, and contributed to various partnerships in projects such as Cozumel Ocean Park & Aquarium and Cool Energy, Inc. An active mentor, Ryan was Executive Chairman at BoulderPreneurs and held an Entrepreneur in Residence position at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, enhancing the skills of future business leaders. Ryan earned a BA in Psycho-Social-Economic Behavior from the University of Colorado Boulder.
