Arianna Jimenez

Arianna Jimenez is a seasoned leader in democracy, gender, and racial justice, currently serving as the Senior Vice President for the JPB Foundation since February 2024. Educationally, Jimenez holds a Master's Degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from New York University, where the thesis focused on the Venezuelan migration crisis and Colombia's migration policies. Previous experience includes serving as the Coordinated Campaign Director for the California Democratic Party, achieving significant electoral victories, and as the Statewide Political Director for SEIU UHW, overseeing a comprehensive political program for the largest private healthcare union in the western United States. Jimenez also held various leadership positions within SEIU, contributing to staff development, policy coordination, and operations management across multiple divisions.
