Krysta Bisnauth

Krysta Bisnauth is an experienced advocacy professional currently serving as the Advocacy Manager at Freedom United, the largest anti-slavery community globally, since February 2021. Previously, Krysta held the position of Policy Analyst at the High Commission of Canada to Guyana from October 2012 to February 2020, facilitating communication between Canada and regional governments. Additional roles include Senior Advocacy Officer at Freedom United, Development Officer (Acting) at Conservation International, Editor & Content Writer at Cuso International, and various internships including Gender and Human Rights Research Assistant at UNICEF. Krysta has demonstrated a commitment to social development and women's empowerment, evidenced by service on the Board of Directors of the S4 Foundation. Educationally, Krysta earned a Master of Arts in Human Values & Contemporary Global Ethics from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College.
