Thomas Casotto

Thomas Casotto is a highly experienced design professional currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Freedome since February 2024. Previously, Thomas held the position of Design Manager at Neulabs, where responsibilities included structuring the Design Department and optimizing workflows across multiple creative areas while leading a multidisciplinary team. Thomas also served as UX/UI Design Lead at Tramundi, focusing on the creative definition of digital products, and had similar responsibilities at Amusi. Co-founding Rebesty involved defining the brand image and user experience for the digital platform. Earlier roles at Beintoo and Alcos Digital saw Thomas excel as a Senior Digital Art Director and UI Designer, while initial experiences included web content editing and UI design for the Italian magazine Dove. Thomas holds a degree in Advertising & Marketing Communication from IULM University and has pursued additional training in HTML5 and web/graphic design.
