Shawn McGehee

Shawn McGehee has a strong background in data services and database administration. Shawn is currently the Director of Data Services at FreedomPay, where they lead a team and is responsible for daily operations of data services environments, project management, and team mentoring. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Services Consultant at Ntirety, where they assisted clients with SQL Server platform issues and implementation, performance tuning, ETL design, and disaster recovery incidents. Shawn also served as the Manager of Data Services at Universal American, where they led a team of DBAs and supported the company's internal data services platforms. Before that, they were a Senior Web Application Developer at the Naval Education and Training Command, developing internal tools and processes using .NET and ColdFusion applications.

Shawn McGehee has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of West Florida.
