Prior to this, Martijn held key positions such as Principal Venture Builder at Unilever, where responsibilities included the optimization and growth of digital startups, and Lead Venture Builder at oneUp, managing global corporate ventures for renowned clients like Unilever and Cargill. Martijn co-founded Human Technologies BV, focusing on aligning technology with human interests, and played a significant role at Fronteer as an Associate Partner. Previous experiences also include contributions at FONK Cape Town, Belastingbutler, XEED B.V., Heineken International, and Red Bull. Martijn holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from the University of Groningen.
