Joseph Benzaken

Joseph Benzaken has a strong background in research and engineering. Joseph started their career as a Summer Research Intern at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in 2012. Joseph then worked as an Engineering Assistant at Boeing from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Stress Analyst Intern at Boeing. Joseph also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in 2014.

In 2017, Joseph joined Walt Disney Animation Studios as a Technical Research Intern, where they worked until 2018. Joseph then transitioned to the role of Research Scientist at the same company and continued until 2022. During their time at Disney, they also worked as a Technical Research Intern in 2018.

In 2013, Joseph served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder. Joseph later worked as a Research Assistant at the university from 2015 to 2018.

Most recently, Joseph joined Freeform in 2022 as a Senior Simulations Engineer.

In 2013, Joseph continued their education at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they obtained a Master's degree (M.S.) in Applied Mathematics. Joseph also pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Mathematics at the same university, completing both degrees in 2018.
