Deyle began their career at VIPER - Enterprise Acceleration in January 2017. Ernie quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Chief Strategy & Client Services Officer in just five years. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's strategy and client services.

Under Deyle's leadership, VIPER - Enterprise Acceleration became a leading provider of profit solutions. The company's unique combination of professional services, a flexible analytics tool, and highly advanced data modeling helped close the gap between expectations and actual business outcomes for their clients.

In December 2022, Deyle left VIPER - Enterprise Acceleration to join Freeing Returns as their Chief Product Insights & Strategy Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's product strategy and insights initiatives. Ernie is also responsible for working with the executive team to make informed decisions that drive improved performance enterprise wide.
