Marty Watson

Marty Watson is a graphic designer with extensive experience in multimedia journalism and digital content creation. Since January 2018, Marty has freelanced as a graphic designer, specializing in flat design and producing infographics, newsletters, and annual reports for CBD-based companies. Previously, Marty worked at KVEO News Center 23 as a multimedia journalist from April 2013 to February 2016, where responsibilities included gathering local news, covering events, and conducting interviews. Earlier roles included an internship at NBC Chicago, where Marty contributed to a highly viewed story during the 2012 London Olympics, and positions at Fox Chicago News and WGN-TV, focusing on news desk operations. Marty's career began with a marketing internship at Duffey Petrosky and administrative work at Caledonia Group, Inc. Marty holds a degree from DePaul University, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
