Franziska Esterházy

Franziska Esterházy (née Reutter) has a diverse work experience. Franziska started their career as an Engineering Intern at STRABAG in November 2012 and worked there until May 2013. Following this, they joined Flint & Neill Limited as an Assistant Engineer from June 2013 to June 2014. In October 2014, they transitioned to Oliver Wyman, where they worked as a Consultant until January 2017. After that, they joined Freeletics in February 2017 as a Strategy & Business Operations Manager and held this role until January 2020. Franziska then became the Head of Agile at Freeletics in January 2020 and further advanced to the position of Head of Product in February 2022, where they are currently employed.

Franziska Esterházy (née Reutter) completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Edinburgh between 2008 and 2012. Franziska also pursued an Erasmus program in Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Munich. In 2020, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
