Marina Polster

Marina Polster has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion and sportswear industry.

Marina started their career in 2007 at MARINEPOOL Sportartikel GmbH & Co.KG as a Fashion Design Specialist, later transitioning to become the Head of Product Design.

In 2009, Marina joined Norinthra House of Fashion Ltd. as a Senior Designer for Sportswear.

After that, they worked as a Freelancer from 2009 to 2016, specializing in Sportswear Design, Production, and Communication Consulting.

Since 2016, Marina has been the Lead Brand + Product Design for Sportswear + Gear at Freeletics.

Marina Polster obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fashion design from AMD München from 2004 to 2008. Marina also attended Technical University of Munich from 2003 to 2004, studying Architecture. Additionally, Marina obtained a certification in Inicio TPMBA ENG from Harvard's ThePowerMBA in 2021.
