Martina Obermeier

Martina Obermeier is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Head of Employee Experience at Freeletics since June 2018. In this role, Martina leads initiatives across HR business partnering, organizational development, company culture, and change management, among others. Prior to Freeletics, Martina worked at GfK from October 2015 to May 2018 as an HR Business Partner, overseeing 350 employees and advising on recruiting, performance, and compensation. Martina's career includes roles at Siemens, where responsibilities ranged from developing global mentoring processes to financial controlling. Martina holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from OTH Regensburg and a certification as a Systemischer Coach from the Kompetenzzentrum Coaching.
