Sylvain Ricard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sylvain began their career in 2008 as a Front Office Agent at LCL, where they worked until 2012. Sylvain then took on the role of Client Advisor at LCL from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, Sylvain joined Derag Livinghotel Am Viktualienmarkt as a Hotel employee, before moving on to Freeletics in 2017. At Freeletics, they started as a Customer Engagement Specialist and later became a Customer Success Manager in 2019. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and currently holds the position of User Engagement Lead.
