Chris M. Iorillo

Chris M. Iorillo is currently the Chief Financial, Legal & Compliance Officer at Freeman Spogli. Prior to this, they were the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Variant Equity Advisors, LLC from July 2019 to August 2021. Chris was also the Co-Founder, Managing Partner & General Counsel at CounterPoint Capital Partners, LLC from July 2010 to May 2019.

Chris has a wealth of experience in providing legal and strategic advice on transactions, litigation, regulatory compliance, and information technology matters. Chris also has significant experience in overseeing the legal department, providing legal support for funds, and overseeing the legal affairs of portfolio companies. In addition, Chris has extensive experience in leading fundraising efforts and securing investors for each portfolio company acquisition.

Chris M. Iorillo has a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Diplomatic Chris'story from the University of Pennsylvania. Chris also went to Harvard Westlake.
