Bob Freeman

Bob Freeman joined Freeman Webb in 2019 as Executive Vice President. Bob has been active in real estate investment and development since 2000. He is a licensed Tennessee affiliate real estate broker and General Contractor. He began his career in residential land development, working for several publicly traded companies. During that time, he managed a billion-dollar portfolio and was responsible for development throughout the North and Southeastern United States. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Land Development from MTSU and a Master of Science degree in Sustainability from Lipscomb.

Bob is a State Representative for District 56 in the Tennessee General Assembly, serving on the Consumer and Human Resource and Health Committees. He was also appointed to the Select Ethics Committee and Workplace Discrimination and Harassment Subcommittee. He is an active member of the community, serving on the boards of the Tennessee Environmental Council, Tennessee Wildlife Federation, Southern Alliance for Clean Energy, and the U.S. Green Building Council’s Tennessee Market Leadership Advisory Board. In 2017, he was appointed to the Nashville Homelessness Commission, which brings together advocates, business leaders, government agencies, and the public to collaborate on solutions for homelessness in Nashville.
