Deborah Earnest

Deborah joined Freeman Webb in 2016 as Multi-Site Property Manager. She brings over 16 years of Property Management experience in both conventional and military housing. Since joining Freeman Webb she has been promoted to Regional Manager in the Clarksville, Tennessee Region. The teams she has lead have won several awards including Leaf Chronical Favorite Apartment Community, 5th place Conventional Property of the Year, 3rd place Excellence in Property Management and Deborah was awarded the Dwight Caldwell Courage Award in 2017.

Deborah has been a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) since 2012, earned her Certified Defense Privatization Manager Level I & II (CDPM) accreditation in 2013 and is a member of Property Management Association of Clarksville (PMAC). Before joining the Freeman Webb Team, Deborah has worked directly with military housing for 14 years making her the perfect fit for her new portfolio near Fort Campbell, Ky.
