Justin Klavan

Justin Klavan is a seasoned professional in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management, currently serving as Regional Manager, EH&S at Sharps Medical Waste Services since February 2024. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety at Teledyne Energy Systems, Inc. from January 2020 to February 2024, and has extensive experience at Textron Systems, where roles included Senior Manager of Environment, Health & Safety and Facilities. Justin began the EHS career as an EHS Engineer at AAI Corporation and also worked as an Industrial Hygienist at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory. The academic foundation includes multiple advanced degrees in Industrial Hygiene and Safety Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Protection, all obtained from West Virginia University.
