Earle T. Bumpous

Earle T. "Tommy" Bumpous is the Vice President of Construction for Freeman Webb, Inc. and Rehab Specialists of Tennessee, Inc., the Construction division of Freeman Webb Companies.

Tommy has been in the construction industry, primarily construction management, since 1984. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, he began his career in Nashville with Ward & Associates, a general contractor specializing in luxury residential, multifamily, and commercial construction in Tennessee and Texas. After six years with Ward & Associates, he held general management and vice-presidential level positions with four regional general contracting firms performing construction of residential, multifamily, and commercial projects.
