Chris P Walker

Chris P Walker is an experienced construction and business leader with a diverse background in the industry. Currently serving as the VP of Construction at Maronda Homes since April 2021, Chris previously held the position of President at Pipeline Construction from June 2017 to September 2022, achieving significant revenue growth from initial revenues of close to $500k to $30 million in the second year. Prior experience includes roles as Inspector/Assistant Chief at MarkWest Energy Partners from November 2014 to June 2017, where Chris entered the gas and oil sector, and President of RHBAA from January 2011 to January 2015, implementing growth plans during challenging market conditions. Chris founded Cumberland Construction in 1994 and led it as CEO until 2013, focusing on residential building.
