Nancy Morris

Nancy Morris is originally from St. Louis, MO, Nancy Morris has been in the Property Management business for nearly 34 years. As the Vice President of Procurement, Training, and Marketing, she oversees the operations standpoint of searching out the best vendor services possible for Freeman Webb. Furthermore, she works with their Director of Digital Marketing to better assess the digital platforms used by their properties. She also works with their Director of Training and Marketing to ensure their teams are well trained in property management, procedurally on company policies and establishing outstanding Marketing Plans to assist the property in outreach efforts to maintain high occupancies. Before this position with Freeman Webb, she oversaw 11 diverse multi-family properties as Regional Manager.

Nancy joined Freeman Webb in 2014. Prior to this, Nancy was a Vice President with Sentinel Real Estate for 25 years with responsibilities for 34 properties in 15 states. Gaining invaluable expertise while overseeing the portfolio to understand each property's market position and develop a strategic plan for each community.

Nancy is an active member of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association since 1988, serving on the board of directors and holding the position of Chairman of the Board in 1996. She achieved her ARM® designation with IREM and plans to work toward her CPM® designation. Nancy resides in Brentwood, TN with her husband Harold, they enjoy Cedar Creek Yacht Club, tennis, travel, Titans football, and being with family and friends.
