Seema Upadhya

Seema Upadhya currently serves as the Deputy Global Head of MIS at Freemen Nutra Group, a position held since February 2025. Prior experience includes various roles at Kinective, where responsibilities included Director of Product Management, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager from September 2021 to January 2025. Seema was a Product Manager for Finance & Marketing during a digital transformation project at Reckitt from March 2020 to September 2021. Previous positions also encompass Lead Manager and Agile Coach at AXA, Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager at Citi, Senior BI Programmer & Analyst at Cardinal Health, and Technical Product Support Specialist at AT&T. Seema holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Karnatak University.
