Josh Matos

Josh Matos has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Josh started their career in 2012 as a District Manager at Colony American Homes, where they excelled for three years before transitioning to For Sale and Rent Realty as a Regional Property Manager in 2015. In this role, they effectively managed multiple properties within the region until 2019. During that time, they joined Zillow Homes Group as a Renovation Field Manager, overseeing renovation projects from July 2019 to February 2021. Following their tenure at Zillow, Josh joined Lessen in 2022 as a Field Project Manager, responsible for managing projects until the end of the year. Most recently, they are working at Freemodel as a Project Director. With their extensive experience and positions of authority, Josh is well-equipped to excel in their new role.

From 1997 to 2001, Josh Matos attended Florida International University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on property management.
