Karen Slobodzian, PMP

Karen Slobodzian, PMP has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Karen is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Success at Freeosk since May 2022. Previous to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Client Success at Freeosk from December 2021 to May 2022.

Prior to Freeosk, Karen worked at Fetch Rewards, where they served as the Vice President of Implementation from June 2021 to December 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Partner Development at Fetch Rewards from March 2019 to September 2021.

Before their tenure at Fetch Rewards, Karen worked at PromoWorks for a significant period of time. Starting in 1999, they held multiple roles at PromoWorks including Vice President of Client Services / Project Management (2005-2019), Director of In-Store Operations (2003-2005), Account Promotion Director (2001-2003), and Account Promotion Manager (1999-2001). At PromoWorks, Karen was responsible for leading client service and finance analytics teams, managing budgets and timelines, client communication, creative development, logistics management, and post-event program recaps.

Prior to their time at PromoWorks, Karen worked as the Marketing and Promotions Manager at Water Concepts, LLC from March 1997 to September 1999, and as a Merchandise Analyst at Sears from March 1996 to March 1997.

Karen's work experience showcases their expertise in client success, project management, implementation, partner development, and marketing and promotions. Karen'sleadership and strategic mindset have contributed to the success of the companies they have worked with throughout their career.

Karen Slobodzian, PMP, graduated from Northern Illinois University with an unspecified degree and field of study in the year 1995. In April 2022, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
