Lauren DeLapa

Lauren DeLapa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauren currently holds the position of Senior Client Success Manager at Freeosk, where they have been working since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Client Success Manager at the same company from October 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Freeosk, Lauren worked at IMC Licensing as an Account Manager from January 2021 to October 2021, and as an Associate Account Manager from December 2019 to January 2021. Lauren also has experience as a Content Coordinator at Vivid Seats LLC from June 2019 to November 2019.

Lauren's career started with an internship at Freeosk in February 2019, where they gained experience as a Creative Intern. Lauren then worked as a Communications Assistant at the University of Minnesota from September 2017 to December 2017.

Prior to that, Lauren had various internship experiences, including Editorial Intern at Greenspring Media from June 2017 to August 2017, Copy Desk Editor at Minnesota Daily from January 2017 to May 2017, and Content Marketing Intern at Play Like a Girl! from May 2016 to August 2016.

Lauren's earliest work experience was as a Staff Writer at Beyond The Stage Magazine from September 2015 to May 2016.

Lauren DeLapa attended Loyola University Chicago from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. Lauren then went on to study at the University of Minnesota from 2016 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication. In addition to their academic achievements, Lauren has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Customer Success Certification from Sales Assembly, which they obtained in February 2023, and the Qualified Licensing Practitioner certification from Licensing International, which they obtained in July 2021.
