Monica Torda

Monica Torda is a Senior Client Success Manager at Ventra Health, with a career spanning several roles focused on revenue cycle management and financial analysis. Prior to joining Ventra Health in October 2025, Monica worked at Advocate RCM from May 2019 to November 2025, where responsibilities included Revenue Cycle Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Experience also includes a position as a Student Equity Analyst at Eagle Investment Group from May 2018 to May 2019, and various roles during her time at Ashland University, where Monica served as a Student Athlete and Resident Assistant from August 2015 to May 2019.
