Julián Peña

Julián Peña currently serves as CFO at FreeOx Biotech since January 2024 and has been a guest professor at Universitat de Barcelona since November 2012, involved in annual sessions on taxation in R&D for biotechnology students. Peña's previous roles include mentoring at ACCIÓ from 2020 to 2023, financial director at Endor Nanotechnologies from April 2011 to April 2017, and economic project oversight director at Fundació Clínic per a la Recerca Biomèdica for a brief period in 2011. Additionally, Peña held the position of financial director at Advancell from January 2004 to September 2010 and managed accounting for the Celltec-UB group at Fundació Bosch i Gimpera from May 2001 to December 2003. Early career experience includes administration director at Grupo Cosmética XXI from November 1999 to April 2001.
