Matthew Albertelli

Matthew Albertelli is an accomplished commodities trading professional with extensive experience in the biofuels and renewable credit sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Freepoint Commodities since March 2021, Matthew previously held roles at Engelhart Commodities Trading Partners and BTG Pactual as a Commodities Trader. Earlier in his career, Matthew worked as a Junior Trader at Noble Group, managing ethanol trading and project development, as well as participating in a Trader Trainee program with significant responsibilities in deal origination and risk analysis. Matthew began a career in trading with an internship at Sokana Chartering and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Chinese from the University of Richmond.
