Joe Byrom

Vice President Of Feedstock Facilities at Freepoint Eco-Systems

Joe Byrom has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2001 at Hexcel Corporation, they held multiple roles including Production Supervisor, Planning/Scheduling Supervisor, and Plant Engineer. Joe later worked at various companies, including DOT Metal Products, Chatleff Controls, Danfoss Chatleff (formerly Chatleff Controls), and Tell Manufacturing as a Plant Manager. At each company, Joe was responsible for various aspects of production, maintenance, materials management, planning, and equipment procurement. Their achievements include significant improvements in productivity, on-time delivery, and quality. Joe joined Waste Management in 2012 as a Plant/Project Manager, where they increased volume by over 25% and improved annual EBIT by $3M. Currently, Joe serves as the Vice President of Feedstock Processing at Freepoint Eco-Systems, starting in 2023.

Joe Byrom obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from St. Mary's University, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Joe later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the same institution, completing it from 2000 to 2003.
