Jed Trott

Jed Trott is a seasoned energy professional with extensive experience in the distributed energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Distributed Energy at Freepoint Energy Solutions since January 2022, Trott previously held the position of Vice President of Capacity at David Energy from April 2021 to January 2022. Trott's career also includes over 14 years at Customized Energy Solutions, where roles included Vice President of Demand Response, Director of Demand Response, Manager of PJM Demand Side Response, and Analyst. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Planner at First Financial Group/MassMutual from August 2005 to July 2007. Trott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005.
