Anton Sudarisman is a seasoned professional in human capital management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for the Human Capital Strategy at PT Freeport Manyar Smelter Project, Sudarisman also holds roles as Principal Partner at Paradigm Learning and Executive Education Partner at Airlangga Executive Education. Previous positions include Head of Human Capital at Masmindo Gold Mining and Head of Human Resources at Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara, where Sudarisman focused on developing and executing HR strategies. Academic qualifications include two PhDs in Human Capital and Organization Development, alongside a Master's in Human Resources Management.
