Cameron Cole

Cameron Cole has substantial experience in operational excellence and engineering within the mining and metallurgy sectors. Currently serving as Operational Excellence, Transformation & Agile Lead at Freeport-McMoRan since May 2019, Cameron has held multiple roles including Transformation / Agile Coach and Innovation Engineer. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Operations Supervisor at Climax Molybdenum and Freeport-McMoRan, as well as roles focused on health and safety. Cameron's early career featured internships in industrial hygiene and environmental engineering. Educationally, Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa, awarded in 2013.
